WNYC is a public radio station having a strong presence with adult listeners but not children. How does it position itself to reach that audience and advertisers was the task.

Process

New Road Media stepped in to work collaborate with WNYC sales management and programming to create sales and marketing collateral to use in approaching NYC marketers with customized integrated "sponsorship pods". 

Results

Over 15 marketers including the NYT, Family Publishing and Carvel Bakeries, Inc. were approached and solicited by WNYC sales staff using the materials created by New Road Media.

Takeaway

New Road Media was able to build the sales marketing materials to help a public radio station monetize new programming.
